Mute was established in 2021 as a marketing agency with a mission to empower women in their personal and professional lives. Understanding the unique challenges women face, we aimed to create an organization that provides every resource needed for success—from academics to agency services. Our journey of growth and innovation led us to open Mute Maison in 2023, offering a safe space for women to create and collaborate. Building on this foundation, we established Curated Collective, a shop dedicated to funding female-founded startups, further reinforcing our commitment to empowering female entrepreneurs. In the summer of 2024, we will launch The Curated Academy, an initiative dedicated to fostering a diverse and ambitious, community of young women.

My journey through a private education from K-12, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with a Minor in Art History from Indiana State University to owning multiple businesses, and collaborating with industry leaders at Fortune 500 companies opened my eyes to the challenges women face—being undervalued and lacking essential resources for success, both personally and professionally.
I founded Mute to provide women with the resources, support, and inspiration they need to lead in a global society. We focus on curating a community where women can share their stories, learn from one another, and build their agencies with confidence. Whether it’s through mentorship programs, networking events, or our curated content, Mute is dedicated to empowering women at every stage of their journey.
I believe in the power of thoughtful actions over empty words, in the strength of community with individualism, and in the importance of creating space for women to find their authentic self. Our approach is unconventional, but it’s rooted in the belief that by uniting our voices and ideas, we can create a powerful impact and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
