Terms & Conditions:

1. Usage: The photographs taken during this shoot are for personal and portfolio use only unless a separate agreement for commercial rights is entered into.

2. Copyright: Copyright of all images remains with the photographer. Any commercial use or sale of the images without explicit written consent from the photographer is strictly prohibited.

3. Model Release: The model agrees to grant the photographer and their legal representatives and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the model, or in which the model may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium.

4. Retouching: This pertains to color correction, light adjustments, and minor blemishes removal. Any additional retouching or editing requested may incur additional costs and will require mutual agreement.

5. Delivery: The finished, retouched images will be delivered digitally within 7-14 business days.

6. Cancellation: Any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the shoot will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

7. Safety & Respect: Both the model and the photographer are expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the shoot without a refund.

By participating in this photoshoot, the model acknowledges and agrees to the terms mentioned above.
